Hi, I’m Carrie-Lee. I’ve spent decades on Cape, raising my own three kids (who are now almost grown!), and working with families, so I deeply understand the challenges of those early months with a baby. Sleepless nights, juggling the needs of multiples, or navigating the unexpected—it’s a lot, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

As a Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, Certified Sleep Specialist, and Trained New Parent Educator, I bring nearly 30 years of childcare experience to my work. Growing up in a family of eight siblings and dedicating my career to supporting families, I know how transformative it is when parents feel seen, heard, and truly supported.

My commitment to this work comes from a genuine belief in the power of personalized care. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—instead, I focus on tailored guidance that helps families feel confident and capable. Whether I’m folding baby laundry, easing a fussy newborn, or crafting a sleep plan that works for your family, I provide thoughtful, compassionate support that makes life just a little bit easier.
