Welcoming a baby is a beautiful, transformative time—but it can also be overwhelming. As a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I offer gentle, non-judgmental support to help your family transition smoothly into life with a newborn. Whether you need expert newborn care, guidance in feeding and soothing, or an extra set of hands to keep your home running smoothly, I am here to lighten the load and bring comfort, reassurance, and practical help when you need it most.

What I Offer:
🌿 Newborn & Infant Care – Hands-on care for your baby, including diapering, swaddling, burping, and soothing techniques.
🥣 Meal Prep & Light Household Help – Nutritious, easy-to-grab meals and snacks for parents, tidying common areas, washing bottles/pump parts, and baby laundry—so you can focus on bonding and rest.
🫶 Emotional & Family Support – A listening ear, gentle encouragement, and reassurance for new parents, along with practical tips to ease the transition into life with a newborn.
😴 Overnight Support – Whether you want someone to handle overnight feeds so you can rest, or just need guidance on setting a gentle rhythm for sleep, I provide calm, attentive overnight care tailored to your family’s needs.
💡 Postpartum Wellness Guidance – Help with newborn sleep shaping, feeding support (breast/bottle/pumped/formula), and practical tips to help parents feel confident and supported during recovery.

I bring nearly 30 years of experience in professional infant care and a warm, reassuring presence to every family I work with. My goal is to help you feel rested, supported, and confident in your parenting journey.

• Daytime Postpartum Doula Care (Birth to 6 Mo - 6am to 10pm) – $40/hour ($10/hour per additional baby)
• Overnight Postpartum Support (Birth to 6 Mo - 10pm to 6am) – $45/hour ($10/hour per additional baby)
• Occasional Babysitting (6 Mo+) – $35/hour ($2/hour per additional child)
• Overnight Babysitting (6 Mo+) – $35/hour until 10pm, then a $175 flat rate for children who sleep through the night (hourly rate resumes at 6am).

📌 Booking Minimums: 4 hours daytime | 8 hours nighttime
🚗 Travel Stipend: $25 for locations beyond 60 minutes from Hyannis.
