Bringing a baby home is incredible, and it can also feel like someone handed you a tiny human and said good luck. There is love, there are questions, there is very little sleep, and suddenly everything feels big. That is where I come in.
As a Certified Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Infant and Family Educator, and Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I offer calm, capable, judgment free support. I help you rest, care for your baby, sort through the noise, and feel more confident in your own home. No pressure, no parenting lectures, just steady guidance and an extra set of experienced hands so you do not have to figure it all out at 3 am alone.
What does DAYTIME support look like?
I come in, wash my hands, and we take a minute to check in. You can tell me what is going well, what feels heavy, or you can just point to the coffee and go lie down. I am comfortable in the kitchen, happy to follow your favorite recipe, and while you nap, shower, or stare at the wall in silence, I care for your baby, fold laundry, tidy up, and support feeding in whatever way works for your family.
You are the expert on your baby. I am there to steady the ship. Whether it is pacing a bottle, talking through sleep cues, helping with latching, or simply making sure you have eaten and had a glass of water, I bring calm, practical support so you are not trying to figure it all out alone.
Daytime services include
• Full meal prep for the family, my recipes or yours
• Light kitchen tidying
• Baby laundry
• Infant feeding support, breast, bottle, pumped milk, or formula
• Bottle and pump part washing and sterilizing
• Hands on baby care, diapering, burping, swaddling, soothing
• Basic lactation support and paced bottle guidance
• Emotional support and steady companionship
• Making sure the birthing parent is fed, hydrated, and cared for
• Education on newborn care, feeding, early sleep habits, and recovery
• Baby care while parents rest and recharge
DAYTIME Shift Details

What does overnight support look like?
Nighttime hits differently. Everything feels louder, heavier, and a little more emotional at 2 am. I come in, we connect briefly about the plan for the night, and then you go to bed knowing someone steady is on watch. I handle the diaper changes, the feeds, the soothing, the swaddling, or bring baby to you to nurse and settle everyone back down. You are not lying there wondering if every sound needs you. I have it.
Overnight care is about more than sleep. It is about waking up feeling clearer and less on edge. I keep things quiet, organized, and consistent so your nights feel predictable instead of stressful. In the morning bottles are clean, the space feels reset, and you feel like you actually rested.
Overnight services include
• Light prep before 11 PM, simple snacks, baby laundry, kitchen reset
• Pump part and bottle washing
• Infant feeding support, breast, bottle, pumped milk, or formula
• Diapering, soothing, and settling baby through the night
• Basic lactation support and paced bottle guidance
• Gentle education around nighttime rhythms and early sleep habits
• Quiet, attentive care so parents can truly rest
OVERNIGHT Shift Details:
Minimum: 8 hours | Maximum: 12 hours
💲 $45/hour
➕ $5/hour for each additional infant
Need a sitter for a weekend date night, event, or just a few hours to yourself? I occasionally have openings for per diem sitting and would love to support your family when I can! I specialize in caring for infants under 12 months and bring years of experience in newborn care, sleep routines, and early development. Your baby will be in calm, capable hands while you take a well-deserved break.

📌 Booking Minimums: 4 hours daytime | 8 hours overnight
🚗 Travel Stipend: $25 for locations over 60 minutes from Hyannis
⏳ AVAILABILITY THROUGH AUGUST 2026: I am currently under a long-term contract with twins Monday through Thursday. My availability varies, but I usually have the following days open for new clients to book:
PAYMENT I take it all! Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and all major credit cards. As a Certified Postpartum Doula, my services are reimbursable by many health and fertility insurances!
